A physician at the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Maddux trained in adult and pediatric Allergy and Immunology. He obtained his B.S. from Arizona State University and M.D. from the University of Arizona. He spent the following six years at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona completing three years as an Internal Medicine resident, one year as Chief Medical Resident and two years as an Allergy/Immunology/Asthma fellow. While at the Mayo Clinic he obtained the academic ranking of Assistant Professor of Medicine and took part in a wide variety of research endeavors with a primary interest in health care technologies and aerobiology. In his free time, Dr. Maddux enjoys spending time with his family, watching, and playing sports.
