An owner-physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. After graduating from The University of Louisville College of Medicine, Dr. Mittel completed his pediatric residency training at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. Following his residency, he completed his fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois.  Dr. Mittel currently sees both adult and pediatric patients for the Institute. In his free time, Dr. Mittel enjoys traveling, swimming and spending time with his wife and five children.
